The cost of the service will depend on sales department budget, advertising budget and current sales department staffing plan.
Scope of sales management service:
- Compliance with subordination and regulations adopted by the company in the period of the LA manager as the sales executive;

- Methodological work on improving commercial offers, promotional materials, contracts and sales staff correspondence;
- The introduction of loyalty management system (Customer Relationship Management system, CRM), requests systematization and processing;
- Work with staff, preparation of recommendations for the replacement of the LOYP AGENCY manager for their successive project leave.
